Curves are in, according to MultimediaLED’s eVidia LED display in Times Square in New York City. This 25 x 133-ft. technological marvel features 17 sign cabinets, built by Obie Construction (Eugene, OR), and eVidia LED displays, created by Multimedia LED (Rancho Cordova, CA), all of which were installed by Landmark Signs (New York City). The 12mm-pitch EMC features 608 x 3,200-pixel resolution. The Input / Output Integrator (iOi), which uses
Gigabit Ethernet connections, handles the sign’s content. Customized eClips directly control video input and output. The display can show 30 frames per second with content provided by Show and Tell Productions (New York City).
