Resolution and Viewing Distance
Resolution capability works out at the number of addressable points or
pixel pitches. The higher the physical resolution or pitch, the better the
viewing.
Multimedia LED uses 50 feet for every
one inch of character as a general point of reference. Each display will
have a minimum and a maximum viewing distance that may vary based on
application and intended use. Also, graphics and animations may require a
tighter resolution or greater viewing distance to avoid pixilation (distored
images).
